RETURNS

You have 14 days to make a return, If 14 days have passed since your purchase, Unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund.

In the first instant please contact us via email returnsbluebellboutique@gmail. Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

It must be in its original packaging with the original TAGS ATTACHED.

A receipt of proof of purchase is required to complete your return

Items not in its original condition ie, Makeup Marks

Perfume Smell Strong Odour Tan Marks Alterations

Or returned after 14 days will NOT BE REFUNDED.

If you would like the item returned to you, Postage will be at your own cost.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Earrings (Due to Hygiene) Gift Vouchers

REFUNDS
Once your item is Received, Inspected and Approved we will refund you in the same method as payment. You will be notified of your refund. This will be made within days of approval.

SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately Sale Items cannot be refunded

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM

Please send us an e-mail :

If your item is incorrect please email us with your order number, your name, product code of the item you were supposed to receive and further details of the problem.

If you believe you have a faulty item , please email returnsbluebellboutique@gmail.com so that we can try and rectify this issue for you.

Where an item is incorrect or faulty, your return postage costs will be reimbursed up to the value of £5. All customers who wish to return their items can use the returns address.

For items that are faulty, the returns postage cost will be reimbursed. This is to a maximum value of £5.00.
*A consumer cannot claim for a refund or replacement if he/she alters the item or causes any damage to the item.

Please be advised all refunds can take up to 2-3 weeks to process.
